Introductory sessions for the BOMBAY BOOTY Fitness program. This class is focused on building stamina/endurance, increasing agility, and boosting confidence. This class is also a prerequisite the Weight Loss and Strength classes.

Focus: Discover BOMBAY BOOTY Fitness. Train stamina, agility, and confidence.

An intensive, interval based, dance cardio module crafted to facilitate weight loss and target stubborn body fat. 
(The 'My Happy Hour' class is a mandatory prerequisite for this class.)

 Focus: Speed and coordination. Intense cardio workouts designed to shed fat and let the real you emerge.

In this class, you will: Do More, and Be More. This module focuses on repetition to build strength, and make lasting changes to your body.
Focus: Building muscle, pushing the limits; make lasting changes.
